The Process

Our siding cleaning process is like no other. Most power washing companies will come in, get on a ladder and power wash the surface and whatever comes off, comes off. We detail your home. We first start by presoaking your home. This preps the surface for our detergents. Next, we apply an environmentally friendly detergent on all the surfaces. We then, get up on ladders, and scrub with soft bristle brushes everything, from the soffits, siding, windows, shutters and doors. This procedure actually does most of the cleaning, not the power washer.

Lastly, depending on the material, we use hot or cold water to gently power wash the house. This process is much more labor and material intensive, but the results speak for themselves. This is the only way to truly clean your house. Simply blasting it with cold water isn’t even in the same league.
